Trinidad Sour

Unusually for a cocktail, it uses Angostura bitters as a base spirit rather than as a flavoring, the bitters being the single largest component of the drink in its IBA formulation.

Ingredients

Product	Amount	Unit
Angostura aromatic bitters	45	ml
Orgeat Syrup	30	ml
Lemon juice	22.5	ml
Rye whiskey	15	ml

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2. Shake well with ice
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
