The Seelbach Cocktail may not be a julep, but it doesn't have to be: it's respectable, powerful, and delicious right down to the bottom of the glass.
Ingredients

| Bourbon Whiskey | 30 | ml |
| Cointreau | 15 | ml |
| Angostura aromatic bitters | 5 | dashes |
| Peychauds Bitters | 5 | dashes |
| Champagne | 90 | ml |
Instructions
- Add the bourbon, Cointreau, Angostura bitters and Peychaud’s bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Top with cold Champagne or other sparkling wine.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
