New York Sour

Largely similar to the whiskey sour, the New York sour adds a float of dry red wine to the drink.

Ingredients

Product	Amount	Unit
Whiskey	60	ml
Simple Syrup	22.5	ml
Lemon juice	30	ml
Egg White (optional)	1	drops
Red wine	15	ml

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into the shaker. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Float the wine on top.
