The Barracuda cocktail is a bright yellow Rum cocktail. Its origin lies in Italy, where barkeeper Benito Cuppari created the recipe while working on a cruise ship.

Ingredients

Product	Amount	Unit
Gold Rum	45	ml
Galliano	15	ml
Pineapple juice	60	ml
Lime juice	1	dash
Prosecco	1	dash

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker except the Prosecco
2. Shake well with ice
3. Strain into chilled highball glass filled with ice
4. Top up with Prosecco
